This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but has no room service, no descent bar and restaurant. The cafe on ground floor is akin to a Greggs but very poor food quality. Stale sandwiches and little choice. If food is important on your trip I wouldn't book this. Staff are lovely rooms are ok. Breakfast was good. The last day we had no power due to a power cut over night. This resulted in no hot breakfast. I asked for a late checkout but was told it's £100 per hour. I had to book another whole night. Slightly rude considering the above.
