"Pool was great but it was not heated so it stayed pretty cold even as the temp outside warmed up. It was March though with an unexpected cold front so it was all good , the kids didn’t care a bit! The Home was lovely and perfect for our family and was very clean upon arrival. Spiral staircase wasn’t the best but I expected that as it was shown in photos. It would have been nice to access the pool without going down the spiral staircase, maybe via the backyard gate or some other method. The location to the beach was AMAZING, a very easy walk, but crossing that highway 98 was a little difficult at times as it gets busy and there is no cross walk. Drive to town was further than I loved but personally we would rather that than being in a very busy area. Communication with the property manager was very easy. One thing we did notice was how hot it got in the house at night and we weren’t able to open the windows. A night or 2 we would end up in the living space with the porch door cracked to get some air in. All in all I think this is a great place for families looking for a low key get away!"

"Beautiful home steps from the beach. Perfect!! The only problem was that the grill is unusable. It really needed new parts it was all rusty. Other than that everything was great. We had a great time! We will be back :) "

"This is an excellent place to stay. The location is perfect, it's clean and open, has everything you need and the host is terrific. The beach is a short walk through a quiet neighborhood. There's a park with a playground on the way and a crosswalk to the public beach. I have a little one, so all of this worked out very well for us.We had an excellent time and would definitely stay here every time if possible. "

"The house is very comfortable and amenities like the elevator, heated pool, beachfront and the daily sunsets by the beach were the highlight of our trip. Our family of 7 had a fantastic time. Book it!! You will enjoy this home. Minor recommendations. It would have been nice to have a light by the bbq station. Once it gets dark, it was challenging to continue the bbq in the 1st floor. The rug in the living room might need an upgrade, it looked a bit worn out. But overrall I highly recomend this beatiful beachfront home.Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this St. Joe Beach home. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the Gulf with beautiful views, easy beach access, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The house was clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay, whether you’re cooking, gathering as a group, or just enjoying the deck and sunsets. It exceeded our expectations in every way. St. Joe Beach itself is quiet, uncrowded, and ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway. We loved how easy it was to unwind here — morning coffee overlooking the water, long beach walks, and evenings listening to the waves. Communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and everything was exactly as described.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress-free beach escape."
