"Fantastic place! Very short walk to the beach. Almost halfway between PSJ and Mexico Beach. Duren’s Piggly Wiggly in PSJ is a great grocery store. This house has everything you need to cook. Will definitely come back!"

"Great house in a great location. The house has tons of space and so many great, thoughtful additions. There was a beach wagon, plenty of beach chairs and toys, all the beach towels and house towels you could ever need. There were also plenty of 'extras' like detergent, trash bags, spices, foil, etc. The reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because all of the queen beds were very uncomfortable, there were a lot of light bulbs burnt out, and a few things broken that could use fixed. The host was very responsive and got us a new battery for the pool door alarm very quickly when we brought it to their attention. Overall a great house, just could use new mattresses and some maintenance fixes. The game room, hot tub, and pool/back yard were all amazing."

"This place has an awesome beach access with beautiful decor and well-equipped kitchen. Everything was great except the cleanliness of kitchen floor which was sticky and there was a lingering odor of grease throughout the main level. The showers needed more attention due to mold and the need for a towel rack or hooks in the bathroom. Pest control should visit this property more. Otherwise our family enjoyed our stay there."
