"We stayed as part of a ladies weekend! Everyone in our group thought the house was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was enough space and bathrooms for all. The hot tub was a big plus and the view was absolutely gorgeous. We'd totally stay again and felt it would be a great option to come back with the kids."

"Such a beautiful home, property, and location! It was easy to find, close to everything we wanted to do, and had a spectacular view. It was also clean and well-stocked with all the basic things we needed--from garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, pater towels and even shampoo &conditioner in all bathrooms. "It was a beautiful home , with a beautiful view of the lake . The hosts ensure that everything is perfect for your stay. Not one complaint , it was the nicest area , safe , well maintained & spacious. The kitchen was clean & had all we needed for cooking & accommodating our family of 20 . Easy access to North Beach & Garden City. We had 4 vehicles & a boat, parking was perfect . Loved the deck both morning & night ! Thank you for helping make a great family trip epic! "

"Pros to staying here: Big home, Amazing view, great location, lots of parking. Cons: Needed cleaning, No central air(80 degrees on main floor and in loft), Propane fire pit, Wasps everywhere (son-in-law got stung). Overall location was great but the house hadn't been properly cleaned prior to our arrival, we received the wrong code and couldnt get in for 30 minutes and the "20 acres" that were advertised weren't useable. We will definitely reurn to Bear Lake but stay somewhere else next time. "

"Gorgeous view of Bear Lake! We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative things are that you have to verify your identity with Vacasa, a rental agency, after you've booked with VRBO, or they will not grant you entrance to the property. The hideaway bed in the living room is basically unsleepable because it's flimsy. We just used a cot we had. It's an older home, but it met our needs. I would definitely stay here again."

"We absolutely loved this place! It’s HUGE, has an incredible view, has so much to do, was very clean, comfortable beds, high quality…everything! The only things to be aware of - the upstairs did get very warm & we couldn’t lower the thermostat any lower than 74 degrees. Downstairs was much cooler. Also, you do need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, shower soap, foil, plastic wrap, spices or anything like that. The kitchen is super great with cookware & also labeling where it all is. We’d 100% stay here again!"
