"Wonderful home for my grown children and our little grandkids. There were plenty of toys provided by the home which they loved playing with. Many bunk style beds for them to nap and sleep together for a big “sleep over”. Large kitchen area table for family dinners and plenty of outdoor tables and seating on the private covered patio with no neighbors behind the home. The views from the fire pit and pergola are magnificent. There were even a few visitors in the neighborhood and in the fields behind the property which the kiddos will always remember. Enjoyed going to the clubhouse at the end of the day to sit in the large group hot tub. The outdoor pool is also large, clean and well kept. Grateful for the towels provided and the washing machine and dryer. We loved our Bear Lake adventure and the fun activities close by in Garden City. Yes, we will be returning to “Loving Life at the Harbor Village”!"

"It was frustrating that the code we were given for the home only worked to open the door to the house in the garage. We needed another code, which we found on line, to get in the garage and the front door. We would’ve appreciated access to the ceiling fans speed and adjusting the temperature in the home. That was all controlled by the owners. The fridge was small for the several families food that we had with us. It was a little awkward that 3 bedrooms had to share 1 bathroom with only 1 shower. The home was beautiful but there were a few quirks that we weren’t expecting! We loved the view of the lake, we wished there had been a balcony to further enjoy the view."

"Great location with amazing views in a quiet neighborhood. The patio with the hot tub was a nice addition after a day on the lake. Home is a little dated and could be better maintained/cleaned. Sleeper sofa was broken and inflatable mattresses were both popped upon arrival and no remedy was proposed by the property manager so we had to pivot with the sleeping arrangements. Living room could use more seating to accommodate #guests the home sleeps. Recommend for a great home if traveling with a well behaved pet, just keep in mind the patio is not gated and the yard is not fenced, and pricing was a little confusing when booking with a pet and getting fees after the fact. And pack an eye mask. The bedrooms get light very early!"
