"we arrived the first night too late for dinner, but they were willing to make my wife and I meals even though we’re 45 minutes late. The room was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent."

"It is a great view! Easy to park just over the road. Plenty of breakfast items and fruit provided. It was a bit cold when we arrived but once the heating was on we warmed up. Bed comfy, big telly."

"Our original room, The Robert Burns Siute, was dark, and faced the road with a view of the dumpsters. After complaining immediately to the manager, he booked us into room 2, Mary Queen of Scott’s, a beautiful room facing the loch with breath-taking views. Heated floors in the bathroom, a comfortable king bed and excellent service rounded out our experience. The loud 1970s music blaring during our adequate dinner was unpleasant though."

"Now marketed as the Drum Hotel, Expedia should do the same and not use Drumnadrochit Hotel! The room was small for a twin room and very basic for storing clothes etc. Overall the staff were helpful on reception when asked anything about visitor attractions. We only ate one breakfast in the cafe. Would have preferred a proper breakfast room with more obvious element of being served. The cafe had no yoghurt so one breakfast was unavailable and as it was Bank Holiday the reason we didn’t eat again there. The breakfast chosen included a hot drink but as one choice was peppermint instead of breakfast it was attempted to charge £3.95 for the tea bag! This was subsequently refunded but not the 10% service charge. Charging 10% service charge was a rip off as the customer does most of the work, placing an order at the counter, collecting cutlery etc with the cafe staff simply bringing the meal to your table. My advice would be for the cost charged, have the service charge removed."
"Dingy and not too clean. Rooms had peeling paint and weren’t cleaned very well. No amenities. Not worth the price. But the receptionist (Alan?) was amazing."
The Glen Mhor Hotel and Uile-bheist Brewery & Distillery
8/10 Good
"Nice place our bathroom was tiny almost couldn’t fit in the shower. Nice beds comfortable nice view of river. Good walkable neighborhood. Breakfast was nice."
"Great inn conveniently located within driving distance of the town supermarket and dining areas. Friendly staff. Nice common areas which included an outdoor gazebo overlooking the water from which you could see amazing sunsets. Also a nice lounge/living room area with plenty of board games and books and a large kitchen. Terrific breakfast buffet.
Rooms were comfortable and quiet and spacious. Recommend."
"The staff are great! Greetings were sincerely warm and welcoming. All staff eager to help and they work together as a cohesive team - exceptional!
Dinner was delicious.
Our room was amazing! Clean and spacious. We were fortunate to have a balcony overlooking the property- just beautiful."
"The staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, the room was very warm and there was no fan available to help with air flow. The worst part was the noise from the level above our room. Someone was walking or pacing the entire night and the sound was very loud and distracting. I’m not sure if it was another hotel patron or staff, but it was very difficult to sleep. Luckily, we only stayed one night."
