Owners are nice, restaurant is very good. Pretty clean rooms but very old, low budget. Safe I guess but pretty sketchy vibe. Very small sink in room. Ok for male students/men on a budget, but not recommended for a single woman. Shuttle to airport is not free as indicated and twice the cost of an Uber.

It is a beautiful property- and currently undergoing some renovations- but that didn’t get in our way at all. Being an old building we expected it to not be perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean in all the ways that mattered… bed, bathroom, floors. The room could use a deeper cleaning - some areas were dusty. But overall we enjoyed the stay here. Beds were comfortable and soft.

"Our 2nd visit this year and thankfully overall a much better experience than before. Hotel is in a great location for Windsor and surrounding attractions , I.e Legoland etc. Room was clean , breakfast buffet was nice and despite the hotel being busy with conferences and families staying for Legoland ..."
