Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß und das Zimmerpersonal war super ordentlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber nicht unbedingt international, aber eigentlich für jeden etwas dabei. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

客房整潔: 客房服務員非常貼心，每天都會問什麼時候方便更換毛巾及倒垃圾(就算我開了請勿打擾燈號) 前枱職員: check in及處理問題非常迅速及有礼 早餐: 所有職員非常不專業，因有一天早上8点到餐廳用餐，發現提供粥品的地方没有湯勺(我等了15分鐘)，問所有職員都說沒有，只有湯匙，並且沒有餐廳經理值班，以這個體驗，真的沒想到Fairmont的管理變成這樣，不如3星酒店，沒有下次了。

The hotel was fine. I have a request to Expedia directly however. For all Chinese hotels, you should provide the Hotel name and hotel address in Chinese on the Hotels.com itinerary. If you show the taxi driver "Fairmont Beijing" with address (in English) at the airport, they have no idea what it is... Expedia needs to improve this. I said this to my hotel and she was also familiar with the problem. So I am saying it publically so maybe Expedia will change this for the convenience of customers.
