The hotel staff was very nice. Every staff and especially 汤志龙 was very helpful and nice! He helped me find an airplane model shop in Beijing and it made my kid's day! Without his help, my kids will be very sad... he even called to get the address, directions and everything for us! The rooms were clean! Always new and fresh towels every single day. Beds were always made and clean. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel when I visit Beijing!!!! Thank you so much for everything you and your team did for our family!!!

La habitación estaba de lujo, super cómoda, amplia, ideal para familia con niños. El bufet muy bueno, rico, y el personal del comedor muy atento y amable. La gente de recepción suoer amable, que apesar de la dificultad del idioma, ellos buscan la forma de comunicarse y ayudar.
