First of all, the staff was amazing. 10/10. The location couldn't have been better. 10/10. Close to the Freedom Trail, Close to the transit, Close to Boston Common. Everywhere was walkable from the hotel. Our only issues were the rooms we pretty cramped, the air conditioning didn't work (It's not even turned on during the winter/spring months) and it was insanely hot in our room and the TV didn't work in our room because it couldn't connect to the Internet. It's expensive for what it is, but no fault of the employees, they were great and very helpful.
