This modern and spacious apartment is located in a historic building in the heart of Bellagio. It features a large shared sun terrace, equipped with sunbeds and parasols, which is shared with the neighboring apartment “Liszt Attic.” Combining classic charm with modern comforts, it is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and double-glazed windows to ensure peace and quiet—making it the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in one of Lake Como’s most beautiful towns.
The apartment lies in Bellagio’s picturesque pedestrian area, where guests can enjoy strolling through charming streets lined with stylish boutiques, renowned restaurants, and cozy cafés. This central location offers easy access to all the local highlights and immerses you in the vibrant atmosphere of the lake. Despite its central setting, the property remains peaceful and private—ideal for those seeking both convenience and tranquility.
Just 200 meters from the property, guests will find public parking facilities, as well as the Bellagio ferry terminal, providing easy lake access to other scenic towns. The apartment is also within walking distance of the Lido di Bellagio and the historic Villa Melzi gardens, making it easy to explore local attractions without the need for a car.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the building (note: no elevator) and spans 160 square meters. It can host up to six guests plus one infant. Inside, there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, an open-plan and fully equipped kitchen, and French balconies that offer lovely views over Lake Como.
There are two elegant master bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and private en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the rooms features beautiful wooden-beamed ceilings for added charm. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds and also has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower—ideal for children or additional guests.
Guests also have access to a beautifully maintained sun terrace, shared with one other apartment. It's a wonderful spot to relax outdoors, sunbathe, or enjoy a glass of wine while soaking in the views of the lake and mountains.
The apartment is fully equipped with modern comforts including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, independent heating, and a wide range of appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner. Bed linen, towels, electricity, gas, and water are also included. Families will appreciate the inclusion of a baby cot and highchair, and there's a shared laundry area available as well. Please note: the cleaning fee includes the supply of fresh bed linen and towels for all guests, check-in service, and ongoing assistance during your stay. The apartment is located in a limited-traffic zone. For this reason, it is not recommended to arrive in Bellagio by car. Instead, we suggest leaving your vehicle in Como, Lecco, or Milan and reaching Bellagio by public transport.
