Overlooking the enchanting Lake Como, this elegant apartment inside the luxury chalet “Baita Treeb Tivano” in Bellagio offers stunning panoramic views and an exclusive atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing holiday.



The property is located in Civenna, a peaceful mountain village in Bellagio with a pharmacy, greengrocer, tobacconist, supermarket with butcher, and 3 bars.



Spread over 2 levels, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a living room with sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. Free Wi-Fi, TV, and a high chair are included. Guests have access to a shared garden with barbecue area. From June, a distinctive heated Finnish wooden tub is also available for hot, cold, or cryotherapy baths (max 8 people).

Außergewöhnliche Location mit unglaublichem Ausblick

Pros: Das unglaublich geschmackvoll umgebaute ehemalige Bauernhaus liegt oberhalb von Bellagio in einem kleinen Dorf und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick vom sehr großen Grundstück auf den Lago, die ruhige Lage abseits des Trubels, der Ort Civenna mit seinem kleinen Supermarkt und vor allem der warme Empfang durch Chiara. Wir waren sogar willkommen den Geburtstag eines Freundes mitzufeiern. Besser geht Urlaub nicht!!! Vielen Dank an Chiara für diese unvergessliche Woche Cons: Es gab nichts zu bemängeln!
