This elegant apartment in the luxury chalet “Baita Treeb Tramontana” offers a stunning view of Lake Como and is the perfect choice for those seeking comfort, privacy, and nature. Located in Civenna, a peaceful mountain village near Bellagio with essential shops and services.



Set over two levels, it accommodates up to 5 guests and features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. Included amenities: free Wi-Fi, TV, and high chair.



Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace, garden, and barbecue area—ideal for relaxing with a lake view. From June, a traditional heated Finnish wooden tub is available in the garden for hot or cold baths (shared use, max 8 people).



Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces, free public parking nearby, storage for motorcycles and bicycles, and an electric vehicle charging station (available from April 2024). E-bikes can be rented for an extra fee.

ALOJAMIENTO INCREÍBLE, ANFITRIONES EXCEPCIONALES

Pros: El lugar es maravilloso, un verdadero retiro, muy cerca del pueblo de Bellagio en coche. Realmente alojarse en este alojamiento es una invitación al relax, por la ubicación donde se encuentra, rodeado de naturaleza y con vistas impresionantes a la montaña. El lugar tiene todo lo indispensable para pasar la estadía, nos hemos alojado en Tramontana y la verdad que es precioso. La disposición de Chiara y su esposo es un 10! super atentos en todo momento. Todo Maravillosos. Volveremos!!!! Cons: nada
