"I really never write reviews but I wish someone would have told me about this home. The second bedroom is not a legal bedroom because it does not have a window. This mattered when the unit hit 81 degrees and there was no A/C. It was actually cooler outside than inside. The property owner has a video of how to adjust the thermostats and it shows cooling but the actual thermostat only has heat.
