"First time staying at a Coast hotel. It was really nice. I especially liked that there was a restaurant next door. The hotel's breakfast was really very good too. I recommend this hotel."

"The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The street noise was loud at night. There was no front desk staff to help us when we had a late flight and arrived for check-in. The QR code they gave me was supposed to get us in, but it didn't work; thankfully, there was another guest inside who could let us in. It was close to lots of great food and spots around downtown."

Hyatt House Seattle/Bellevue

Hyatt House Seattle/Bellevue

10/10 Excellent
"I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Holis at the front desk of Hyatt House Bellevue. It was almost 10 p.m. when I walked into the hotel looking for a room due to an unexpected accident at my home. I was feeling stressed and frustrated, but Holis was incredibly professional, patient, and considerate. He not only helped me with my accommodation needs but also kindly shared tips on booking hotels through Expedia to save money. He patiently answered all my questions and helped ease my stress during a difficult time. His kindness and professionalism made a real difference to me. I would also like to thank the entire housekeeping and food service teams. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and thoughtful in taking care of our daily needs throughout our stay. This experience reminded me that exceptional hospitality is not just about providing comfortable accommodations but also about showing genuine care for guests. I highly recommend Hyatt House Bellevue. It will certainly be my first choice whenever I need a hotel in King County. Thank you, Holis, and the entire team, for making a difficult situation so much easier for my family!"
