" The property was very clean. Great location for the concert venue we attended with many shops and restaurants nearby. Very safe neighborhood traveling with two teenage girls that was a big plus.Would definitely stay at this property again."
"Pleasant spot to stay as we were going to a concert at Riverbend. I would say keep the breakfast open longer. Some of us sleep in. Oh and Longnecks is close to go get great pizza and hang out."
"We really enjoyed this location and the house overall. It was very clean and you could tell the owner cared about maintaining the property well. Our son's home is small to be able to host all the family when we come to town, so this property was sizable enough for us all to be able to visit together. The only thing we did not notice in the advertising of this property was the amount of stairs throughout. There are about 9 steps from the driveway to the front walkway, another 3 to the top porch and then into the house. Once inside there are steps down to the sunroom, steps to the upstairs second floor and another 3 steps to two of the upper bedrooms. So if you have mobility issues this needs to be considered. Also, the property does not advertise that there is a required background check to stay in this house. We reserved through VRBO, but were required to sign a separate rental agreement and to use Truvi (upload DL/passport and a selfie) for verification. Personally, this should be stated in the listing and not a surprise after reserving. Otherwise, this is a wonderful property. We had lightbulb issues that were instantly resolved and good communication with the management company. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked to be able to cook/grill meals. There was a coffee pot and a Keurig."
"Went to visit family and friends in the area and attend a baseball game. Very convenient- within walking distance of restaurants, shops and Levee. Quiet and clean. The Bourbon Bar below was a great place for an evening cocktail with friendly staff- even chatted with owner and his wife. Would only suggest if you have difficulty with mobility, don’t book a stay- it requires two flights of very steep stairs to gain entrance to apartment. Property management checked in during our stay. "
