House comprising 2 gîtes (Gîte 4192 Les Grillons on the ground floor) Studio gîte on the first level of the house with independent access via an exterior staircase. * Entrance via a balcony/terrace into the living room, fully equipped open kitchen, and lounge area with a sofa. * Bedroom area with a 160x200cm double bed. * Shower room. * Separate toilet. Balcony/terrace Private garage. Also enjoy the large grounds with garden furniture. Garden cultivated by the owner and a chicken coop. Sheets and linens provided. End-of-stay cleaning included. Utilities included, tourist tax extra. A cozy nest, ideal for a mountain getaway for two or solo. Enjoy the view of the Mercantour mountains from the large bay windows. This gîte is on the first floor of a house located just outside the village of Belvédère on the road to the Gordolasque Valley, offering easy access to the Mercantour National Park. This wild, ancient glacial valley is home to a rich diversity of endemic flora and fauna, visible to hikers. From Pont du Countet (12km from the village at the bottom of the valley), numerous hiking trails depart from the Nice refuge and the Vallée des Merveilles. Numerous other hikes are possible from Le Boréon (20km). Also discover the heritage of the surrounding villages of the Vésubie region, taste local products, or relax in Berthemont-les-Bains (10km), the only thermal spa on the Côte d'Azur. Finally, enjoy a range of mountain activities at Vesubia Mountain Park (12km), La Colmiane (20km)...
