    Downstairs - Twin bedroom downstairs with zip link beds this looks on to the large shared garden. There is a full downstairs bathroom with shower over the bath.
    Stairs to Master Bedroom with double bed - There is plenty of space for a travel cot (not supplied)
    Shower room -  with walk-in shower facility, vanity unit with recessed wash hand basin and low level WC.

Great location

Newly refurbished property ,great location enjoyed the food in the Birdham ate there often the service was good and staff very friendly.. Only two of us , the twin beds would be ok for children maybe the option of another double would suit 4 adults also bathroom downstairs good but upstairs showerroom ,shower very challenging and we are under 5 and half feet tall . There was also a problem with the WiFi and we had no television at one point they did have an Ariel point so maybe this could be re instated for breakdowns . That said the owners said they were going to look into this . We enjoyed our stay and would book this property again .
