"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. 10/10 Excellent

"I stayed with my mom in Chiado, Lisbon, and really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of everything! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The view from our room was also excellent and made our mornings extra special. The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t quite live up to my expectations or the reviews I had read. Still, this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Lisbon!"
