Loved our three nights staying here. Room was great and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Great location except for the fact that non-electric cars can't drive on the street so you need instructions from the hotel how to reach the hotel by walking a short distance. The location and the room were excellent. Very walkable to Alfama and other tourist sites. The room was small but had ample storage and was very modern. Interactions with the staff were very pleasant and helpful. If you are using Uber/Bolt for pickup or drop-off, they prefer to do so a block away because of the pedestrian traffic and trolley, so be prepared for that; it is less than a block to the pickup spot.

Reception staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was a bit on the smaller side in the restaurant but the breakfast was A nice way to start the day. The staff in the bar kept up the vibe with good nightcaps after a long day. The rooms were updated and clean but on the smaller side. My view was into a dead alley and a neighbors apt. Otherwise they were sound proof for a good night’s sleep as long as you kept the windows closed.

The service provided by the restaurant and bar staff was exceptional. The food was incredible, so fresh. Breakfast should not be missed and please get an omelette. We had dinner or dessert every night in the restaurant because it was so good. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Even though the hotel is in the city, it was extremely quiet.
