"What a welcome relief from the chaos of central Lisbon! This hotel is well-situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to numerous public transportation options. In fact, the 728 bus stops on the next block and can get you to Praca do Comercio in 30 minutes or less. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but there are many restaurants in the area to choose from (I recommend Quico for your morning meal)."

"We had an incredible stay. I booked the accommodation 2 days before check in time and the staff were very accomodating, pleasant and helpful. We had a beautiful room overlooking Santa Justa Lift and Carmo Church from our window and we couldn't have ended our stay in Portugal any better than that. Location was 5/5, in the center. The only thing I would add was if you have a rental car and needing parking, you have to park in a private parking garage and it was around €26-40ish for every 24 hrs depending which parking lot you choose. We parked by the Hard Rock Hotel called Telpark and it was 8-10 mins walk from the hotel and on the cheaper side. "
