Welcome to Rocky Mountain 9, and beautifully maintained home in a quiet neighborhood on the North side of Sunriver. Easy walking, or biking distance to tennis courts and the Sunriver Marketplace grocery store, this home is sure to fit all your vacation needs. Enjoy the tranquility of the natural beauty from the large deck overlooking the pine trees, or star gaze from the outdoor hot tub located on the private deck outside the master bedroom. With so much to offer, this home does not disappoint.
Cook a family meal in the fully appointed kitchen or curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace with a cappuccino made with the kitchen's espresso machine. With bikes, you're at liberty to explore the resort using the bike path adjacent to the home. 35+ miles of paved bike trails and walking paths at your feet.

This 2-story, 1693 sq. ft., reverse living home has central AC, keeping the house cool on hot summer days. On the upper level is the sun-soaked great room, and the master suite with its king size bed and large private bathroom featuring a jetted tub. Downstairs has two more bedrooms; one with another king-size bed, the other has a full and twin-size bed. A separate laundry room is located off the garage.
