Excellent location. 10min walk to levante beach and no more than 5 to 10min walk to venues showing tribute acts. Rooms clean and big enough. All staff lovely. Food was edible but not amazing.

Lovely hotel with a central location

We were a group of 6 guys in 3 rooms. Location was great, near to bars and beach, no taxis required. Check in was easy and efficient. Rooms were clean and tidy, cleaned each day with fresh towels. Hotel was clean and modern. It’s not a nosy hotel and by the pool you can relax and pay games like pool and table tennis. The restaurant was nice, food was fresh with flavour and each evening was a different selection. Drinks were a fair price. We would definitely stop here again.

High Servigroup standards

Absolutely loved this hotel so much, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A beautiful pool area which was nice and quiet to send the day and the room, very clean and functional. Always use servigroup hotels as I find they have amazing standards and food at reasonable price. The Venus was no different.

Pretty basic hotel. No tea/coffee facilities in room. No water available with the evening meal unless you paid for it. Good times for check in and check out - both at 1200.

Comfortable with awful WiFi

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and polite and room was well serviced. WiFi was unusable for the full week, so if you rely on this, you will be let down. Rooms are clean but a little snug. Shower had nice power and free toiletries but the temperature would fluctuate. We were offered a free New Year Gala Dinner, even though we were breakfast only, which was a very nice touch. Pool area nice and clean with plenty of sun beds and seating. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice of food. Plenty of comfortable seating dotted around the Hotel.

After booking with Expedia I arrived to find because it's was a Sunday my booking payment hadn't been sent from Expedia to the hotel so I had to pay again. Rook old fashioned, smelt, air con not work. Key slot for light fell off the wall. Quiet location though
