Room clean but outdated . Food is ok , you get what you paid for . Pools are super cold . Not heated . Mini golf and zip lanes out of service . Employees are super nice . We did see cockroaches where the mini golf is once the weather started to warm up .

Great service! Clean comfy room. A variety of restaurants. It would be very hard to navigate for people who have accessibility needs. I was 12 weeks out from hip surgery & had trouble with no bars in washrooms & just getting to beach was 5 flights of stairs! There are ramps but they are steep w/o rails.

Bedding in room. There are only flat sheets on the bed, no comforter. Staff attentiveness during restaurant service. Staff often ignored us and walked by us several times without acknowledgment. Have to hunt down a server for a drink or a refill.
