"Absolute great experience here, no complaints. Hotel isnt to far from the train station, and near a bunch of great restaurants that also stay open late. Complimentary beer hour at the bar for hotel guests always a win. Staff were fantastic they made checking in super easy and were incredibly nice. Lady that checked me in spoke great english and an absolute joy. Would definitely stay here again."

"Location is far from the action. Maybe better to stay near the train station. But I loved that the rooms were large, much larger than average. It was in a nice quiet area of town. Half the building is undergoing some much needed reservations but our building was new. No phones on the room which was strange. Breakfast buffet was ok, expected more for such a large hotel. "

"The hotel is in a great location. Across from the station. My room had a very distant view of Mt. Fuji. Bed was old and could use an upgrade. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff were helpful "

"This was just a quick stop on a long trip. It has a lot of potential if the staff, AC or central/fan system worked, and better amenities. the room was large and dirty, set up like a party room. So much more can be done to the interior decor to one account for the cost and the location, even if it is just to sleep. The shower area was way too large with some much open space can fit the offense of a football team in it, but the tub (shower/tub in one) was nothing fancy nor large. Very little hanging and storage space for the size of the room but it was just a one night stay. "
