"Very nice hotel in the Gangnam area. Not that close to the pedestrian shopping streets, but transportation is close by. I recommend this hotel if you want to be in Gangnam but don't mind being a little far from shopping and street markets."

"Great location. Near palace, city hall, the market, myeongdong shopping, Seoul art museum and the stream. Connected to same name dept store with food hall in basement. Airport “limo” bus stop right outsidd hotel. Service was amazing. "

"Amazing place to stay in Myeongdong. Close to metro line, high end shopping, food carts, lots of beauty stores. Everything is walkable. The hotel is incredible. Staff, rooms, buffet, executive lounge. We had an amazing time and stay. Will stay again!"

Everyone was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel seamless and relaxing. The sauna and wellness facilities were also fantastic and a highlight of the stay. Everything was spotless, relaxing, and very well organized. Overall, The Shilla delivered an exceptional experience in every way — from the rooms and beds to the staff, amenities, and facilities.
