"Pros: Generally a nice stay with clean rooms. Staff were kind and helpful. Luggage storage in the lobby was awesome because they had lockers. Cons: Pillows were a bit hard and the drain made a lot of noise (mildly disruptive while sleeping). Lots of options for breakfast but the food was a little bit more cafeteria vibes than boutique hotel vibes."

Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk. I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible. Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early."
