"My family and I made the right decision staying at this hotel! We were extremely impressed with how beautiful and comfortable the hotel was. It is a little bit further from the hustle and bustle of Seoul, but we didn’t mind not being in the middle of the action since we have a baby. Also, it’s worth mentioning, that the breakfast buffet is PHENOMENAL! Very much worth whatever price they’re charging. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, 10/10."

"I liked that the hotel had the option to have 3 twin beds. The location could not have been more perfect; it was close to all the major visiting spots. It is right across the street from Ikseondong Hanok Village where there is great food options and shopping. Also, the subway entrance was a short walking distance from the hotel. Paris baguette and multiple coffee shops just a few minutes away. Downtown shopping for Insadong was 2 blocks away with street food and vendors. I would highly recommend Ibis Ambassador, Insadong for first timers visiting Korea."

"Great stay at Lotte City Myeongdong - and would stay here again or recommend to friends visiting Seoul for the first time. Just located slightly away for the busiest parts of Myeongdong so perfect to come back to and walk about from. Check-in was easy and the staff allowed us to check in 3 hours early which was perfect. Room was clean and tidy with the expected amenities. Only thing missing was an iron but there is an ironing room on the 3rd floor. Bathroom is a good size with a modern Japanese-style toilet. A perfect stay all around!"
