Superb hospitality. Extravagant staffs. Nice Cuddled up bedding. If planning to dine on the property, make sure to make a reservation ahead as most of the restaurants gets fully booked. Children are restricted in Indoor swimming pool on weekdays so consider staying with kids on weekdays. there’s not a lot of option for children/toddlers in the hotel. Overall everything was perfect!

I liked the special deal regarding a free cake and bottle of wine, free access to the mini bar and included breakfast for two. I used this deal for my birthday celebration. This hotel left quite an impact on me and my mother. Originally, we were only scheduled to stay 1 night. However, we ended up checking in early the night before since early check-in was not guaranteed. We fell in love with the comfort of the beds, the amazing shower/tub feature and the room service. Our 1-night stay turned into 5-night stay just like that. The location is prime as it sits right by City Hall where tons of cabs and buses stop near by. Close to Namdaemun Market as well as the Cable Car Station to N Seoul Tower. We'd definitely select this hotel again for future stays!

The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was super comfy- I got some of the best rest I've ever had in a hotel at Four Points.

주차비를 숙박하는데에도 받는 이유를 모르겠다. 어떤 국내 호텔들이 숙박하는데 주차비를 받는지… 특별한 주차장도 아닌 호텔 주차에 비용을 따로 받는 것은 이해할 수 없는 일이다. 매우 실망스럽다.

Hotel was clean and the staff was corteous. The room was not large, but perfect for a business trip’s stay for a single person. Great place to stay if u have business in the gangnam area.
