"Fabulous location, close to restaurants, public transport, gyms, and nice areas to walk and explore. We normally opt to include the hotel breakfast, but found that the price was a bit high and chose to go out instead. We did appreciate the free coffee and tea in the mornings though! Be aware that there is a nightclub in the next building, the noise wasn’t terrible, but if you are sensitive, you may want to ask for a room that does not face the front street or is on the other end of the building!"

"We had a great time, only quibble is check in was 1500. We had to wait to 1630. With no offer of a complementary drink, we just sat and waited in the lobby. Then we had to ask when our room was ready! Not cool for a booked 2 x suit top of the shelf rooms - the rooms were amazing worth the wait. Reception just need to work on their hospitality, respectfully. "

"The hotel is tucked away in Bergen, which is a very beautiful little high-end village near Alkmaar, The Netherlands. We stayed only for one night -- 17 hours to be precise -- as part of a larger group gathering. The group dinner was held at the hotel, and it was outstanding and highly recommended. Staff are nice. We had booked a room for two persons. Our room clean and with two windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard, but it was rather small -- about two feet on one side of a queen-size bed and a three-feet-band passage on the other sides -- with rather minimalistic furnishings and space. We had no room and place to put our luggage or unpack the immediate necessities. If we stay there again, we will definitely urge for a larger room. "
