"We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The property is spotlessly clean, pleasant, and decorated with great taste. It is ideally situated—nestled in a quiet and peaceful area, yet right in the center of town within walking distance of everything. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a wide variety of fresh products to choose from. To top it off, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended!"

"Größe und Host: Das Haus ist schön groß und geräumig. Man hat wirklich viel Platz mit mehreren Gästen. Der Check in war super unkompliziert. Sauberkeit:Die Sauberkeit war gut. Die meisten Flächen waren sauber und die Bäder waren auch ordentlich. Nur unter den Betten und den Nachtschränken war noch Optimierungsbedarf. Lage:Die Lage war auch gut. Man braucht echt nur 10 min nach Binz. Karls ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit Kindern echt toll. Verbesserungsbedarf:Das Einzige, was man aber anmerken muss ist, dass die Matratzen wirklich langsam ordentlich durchgelegen sind. Bei dem Herd ist leider an dem Griff außen eine Stelle (ich konnte nicht sehen, ob da etwas abgebrochen war oder nicht), wo offenes Metall ist. Da hat man sich schnell von außen verbrannt. Bei der Treppe vor der Haustür ist zwar jetzt ein Geländer, was gut ist, aber es lösen sich langsam die Steine der Treppe mit dem Fundament.Fazit: Es war ein schöner, spontaner und erholsamer Kurzurlaub."

"Wir waren absolut zufrieden dort! Die Unterkunft hat uns positiv überrascht. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist ganz ruhig gelegen aber dennoch zentral auf der Insel, man hat alles in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber sind sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und den Hunden hat es auch an nichts gefehlt."

"Very clean and spacious room. Nice setting and Binz is lovely. Only downside was someone smoking on the balcony next to ours which drifted into our room."

"Lovely area, peaceful and lots of walking opportunities. Easy to get to by local transport, bus or train. Walking into binz for restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach stretching for miles. Great sand and not busy. But for us in may the water temperature was cold. Hotel apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. Check in at 4pm, so pretty late however they keep your luggage for you. You have to pay three days tax for staying two nights, never had that before. And it's 10 euros to use the pool. Overall a good place."
