"Loved the unit, super quiet, nice location to train station and walk into town. Kitchenette is perfect for longer stay. Housekeeping available for fresh towels. Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. Only street door had security."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Close to incredible walking trails and hikes, Eifel National Park, as well as a short drive to Monschau, this place is an ideal stay. It's even lovelier than the photos suggest and the beds are very comfortable (also really appreciated the treats in the fridge!). "We recently stayed here for one night and were quite pleased. We stayed in an updated room which was very clean and spacious. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful, I didn’t get his name unfortunately. There is limited parking on site, but plenty of other parking nearby as there are quite a few shops in the area. There is also a Tesla charger less than 1 minute away. "
