On arrival, we were dismayed to find the "Queen Bed" was smaller than a double bed and was not at all suitable for our stay. It seems the definition of this bed size is not universally accepted.
After discussion with the professional "Richard" I informed him that we would not be staying. I request a refund as the room was available to relet for anyone willing to use a small bed.
Deeply disappointed and will not recommend

"The lighting in the room was awful and there was no dressing table to dry your hair and do your make up. There was no air con so we had to have the fan on all night and the shower was blocked which flooded the bathroom."
