Your family will enjoy this weekly rental property located on a wooded lot in Ocean Pines. The home offers an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living room. Enjoy the summer breeze on the screen porch while conversating about beach memories or relaxing during an evening meal. Spend time with the family in the upstairs bonus room with a game of foosball, or venture outside for a walk through the community. With community picnic tables, basketball, playgrounds, skatepark, and walking trails, you are sure to stay active. The home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths all located on the first-floor level. The home offers Xfinity cable, ROKU, and Smart TV. Bed sizes are a Queen, 2 Twins, Pyramid bunk, and Full futon. 3TV's and a Foosball table. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Cancellation fee will apply. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES. ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $150.00 APPLIES PER PET. IT WILL BE ADDED ONCE YOU ARE CONTACTED BY THE RENTAL MANAGER. Summer Vacation Stay

Stay was very enjoyable! House was great! Very cozy, very clean, and extremely organized. House had whatever you needed or forgot to bring. Neighbors were friendly and offered help if need be. Quiet and calm neighborhood, but close to OC and the beach. Families with small children: front door is set up so you can’t lock yourself out, but easy to open from the inside, so be careful of that! Screened in porch was great for evenings outside and for eating crabs! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great find!

Very well appointed home. We loved the loft space and the high ceilings. Had everything we needed. A little dated but that didn’t bother us one bit. We’re happy we chose this one!

A wonderful Home

We felt like there was alot of love at this house. Everyone had a wonderful time and it was private with the screened in porch. And just the right distance from the beach and the nights where quiet and easy to sleep.
