"We arrived on Monday August 24th.. our original room was not ready.. when I did request an early check-in do to my husband’s health issues.. my request was not meet.. therefore they put us in another room.. which we were told we were going to overlook a garden.. well I don’t call looking out at a huge tree a garden.. so we were upgraded to a room overlooking the pool.. which was very lovely, however , we had to pay for the upgrade of $160 a night..we felt we should not have had to pay the upgraded cost.. any help that you can provide us with would be graceful ! Thank you!"

"The staff was wonderful - very helpful. The property is aged and we did see roaches and rats. The dining chairs are stained with bird poop. Food was good - better in the dining hall that required reservations. My family enjoyed the stay."

"A great property in an excellent location. Rosalyn and Marshall are such kind and helpful hosts, especially when we were let down at the last minute by our taxi to the airport. They kindly found us another taxi to take us. The property is well laid out with everything you need, the three way showers are lovely, comfy beds, plenty of storage and Air con in the lounge and both bedrooms. The patio area with table, loungers and bbq is excellent. The dock is a nice little area for swimming, kayaking and watching the sunrise, I even saw a spotted eagle ray there. Whale bay beach is 10 mins walk and is like being on a paradise beach, sometimes with no one else there. We downloaded the Shorelink app and got monthly bus passes and used the frequent air conditioned busses and ferrys all over the island. I would love to stay at this property again if we come back to Bermuda, it is in the ideal location between Dockyard and the city of Hamilton, with easy access to nice restaurants, supermarkets, fantastic beaches, boat yards, golf courses and beach clubs. Ellie the cat came to visit us twice a day which was lovely as we have a cat at home. A highly recommended property to rent."
Historic 1780’s Beach House with Large Veranda! Nestled on Cambridge Beach!

"Everything we wanted. We were a large group of friends celebrating mine and my husbands 30th wedding anniversary. Although many of us had lived in Bermuda before, we weren’t as familiar with this part of the island. Having access to Cambridge Beach was just wonderful - the beach and water are just stunning. Marketplace store was only a 10 min walk plus easy access to water sports from Mangrove Bay dock just a 5 min walk away. We spent a lot of time on the large open verandah, chilling and catching up. Ben went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, including meeting us in January when we came to take a quick look at the place. Thankyou Ben and Thankyou Bermuda!"

"The property has its own beach which is a big plus. The left side of the beach has a ton of fish - we spotted parrot fish, pufferfish, butterflyfish angel, and lots more. If you are able to paddle board or kayak to the 3 islands in the far front of the property, you could even spot a wretched boat underwater scene and lots of different types of fish. The ferry and bus stops are also conveniently located nearby. Market place and a couple fast foods are within 15mins walking distance."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. A special thanks to Nick! His kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service truly stood out! The amenities were perfect, the property was beautiful and well maintained, and the beaches were absolutely pristine. Having such gorgeous, clean beaches right on the property was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Their on-site restaurant also served delicious meals. The rooms could use a little maintenance and updating here and there, but honestly, nothing major or anything that took away from our experience. The incredible staff, beautiful property, and pristine beaches more than made up for it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway!"

"It’s better than the pictures. I stayed with my kids and was grateful for the room. We walked to Breezes one night and used the bus system the rest of the time from the bus stop that was right next to the property. I used the deck, patio, and deck multiple times every day. The ambiance and peacefulness were incredible. I love watching the ferry pull up to the dock. I’d stay here over and over again."
