The entire place was pristine and so relaxing. It felt very homey and was a very relaxing experience. All interactions with the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend staying here!

Close to the city and easy access to public transportation. If you are driving it comes with a free parking pass that allows you to park anywhere in the city that has a blue parking square

Great stay in Bern
The apartment was just as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a full meal easily. The staff was very attentive and had good suggestions for touring. The location is great. Especially recommend the short walk to the Paul Klee center that is very close by.

The building and neighborhood are charming, quiet, and perfectly appointed for a quiet stay. i was not aware that the bathroom is not in the room. The bed, though perfectly comfortable did not have sufficiently large covers for 2 people. i would definitely stay again .

We had a king size bed with our own bathroom. The room was really too small for a king size bed, as it left no room

Pleasant Surprise, nice room, courteous staff.
It was a pleasant surprise! Nice bright clean room and very courteous staff. Location is quite with excellent public transportation with about 7 minutes to city center. I will certainly use Max Attention wherever available.

Very good apartment good tram access to old town
Sat Nav found it ok and parking at apartment great. Did expect our own kitchen rather than shared. Liked the chocolates on the bed. good tv and English channels. Tram ticket enabled quick and easy access into the old town. Fabulous old centre unfortunately it was a Sunday and all shops closed.ere were all the brewpubs i was hoping for?

Good location. Nice and clean room. Though the hotel gave very clear instructions but you have to manage everything by yourself if you arrive after 6:00 pm since there is no staff there. Give free transportation pass.

We were surprised to learn the apartment shared a common area with 2 other bedrooms - this was not clear from the site. Renters in other room were cooking in the kitchen at 2am. There were no privacy shades for the bedroom which faced the main entrance. The bathtub was old and discolored. Directions to get to the apartment were not clear (only to the office). The man was helpful and courteous.

Perplexed in Bern
A bit thrown by no one there upon arrival. A phone was left under a sign explaining to call this number for instructions. Sorry, never made a phone call in Bern, Switzerland. Tried and failed using full number given. Had to find neighbors (good thing I’m fluent in German), explained situation, they made call, retrieved information for lock box, entered house, found room and settled. Room was adequate, but our bed was small and one side was pushed against a wall so one person had to crawl over the other for night bathroom runs. It was a mixed bag. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Great room in a villa style house
Good location with easy public transportation within 5 minutes walk. The hotel hands out a ticket for free public transport during our stay. Very clean and spacious room.

Modern and comfy Apartment
The apartment is modern , nicely furnished and decorated , incredibly clean and organized. It is located in a residential area up in a hill 15-20 minutes away by bus from downtown. The nearest bus stop is about 5 blocks away . When you have lots of baggage it presents a challenge to carry them walking up the hill , but if you take a taxi or drive a car you will be fine .

Comfortable and easy to get to.
Nice room/apt in older villa. Easy to access via tram from railway station. Very helpful staff. 5-10 minutes walk to supermarket and restaurants but supermarkets and shops not open on Sundays and after 5 pm on Saturdays. Room cost includes Bern pass which enable use of all trams which is great value.

Easy access to the city, clean and comfortable
As per the title! If you are driving, there is no getting out of the permit fee- all the streets in Switzerland are permitted. Bern old town is pretty but everything is quite expensive. Be prepared (we stopped in a French supermarket for provisions before crossing the border)! The appartment was large and had everything we needed, it is close to the tram line and local shops are not far from the door.

Convenience and clean
Eventhough blankets were provided in the room, the room heating device was working during the night so the air in the room was cold to breath. In the morning the heating device was turned on again but it was to late since we were checking out. They should leave the device on so the guest adjusts it as needed.

My stay very pleasant. It was my first stay at max aviation apartment and it was a very pleasant surprise. The apartment was kept very clean, I feel it was cleaner than any hotel I would have stayed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Sharing an Apartment in Bern
We didn't realize when we booked Max Aviation that we would actually be sharing an apartment with others. Specifically, sharing a bathroom with two other guests. Although it wouldn't be my first choice, it worked out alright. Our neighbours were, for the most part, considerate. The rooms were modern and clean and well-appointed. Although the apartment is in a suburb of Bern, it is very easy to get into the city centre on the tram.

This was a shared 3-bedroom apartment. Very convenient access to tram and grocery shopping. Exceptionally clean apartment; very nice kitchen. Although we booked a private bathroom, it was in a shared hallway. I am not convinced the internal room keys are unique per room/bathroom. A shared apartment may not work for all, but it did for us: we only saw the other occupants very briefly over a couple of night stay. Was a nice change of pace, and good value, over typical hotel.

This is actually a three-bedroom apartment, and what we lived in was one of the three bedrooms in the apartment. The apartment is not located in the building where the check-in place is. After check-in, someone drove us to the apartment. Well, though not the best hotel experience, overall it's not a bad experience.

Its a great hotel. Worth every penny and more. It is an apartment which has 3 rooms. We were put in the room with King bed. There were 2 bathrooms shared between 3 rooms. but since one room was empty, we were given one bathroom with no one sharing with us. the room was very clean and everything was smelling fresh and new. it was very comfy. the apartment has a kitchen, which we used to make vegetarian food for us. the super market is just below the building so you can get the groceries and cook. it is 10 mins from bern station. I would recommend this to everyone.

Great apartment close to city center
This was a great apartment rental close to the city center. Very clean and well equipped. The streetcar stop was a 2 minute walk from the building and we were in the city in 10 minutes. There are grocery stores right beside the apartment. Bedroom was very nice and comfortable. We had their driver pick us up from the train station when we arrived and also take us to the airport the next morning. Service was great and the rate was reasonable. Overall a very nice place and much cheaper than hotels in the city.

Very friendly reception of guests and great communication before we arrived via email. The location is great with tram line in walking distance (10 min to Bern train station and downtown). Public transportation is included too. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The common kitchen had everything you need for small cookings! Our room had an own bathroom, it also had everything you need.
