Staff very friendly, room 4 was perfect, spotless and recently refurbished bathroom. 24 hr parking at railway station for £3.70 so car was securely parked yet heard no noise from station in our room. Excellent Hotel and Staff

Hotel is very clean, reasonably priced and the breakfast is good. Handy for the town centre and the historic walls for a walk. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Stayed a few times now for work and always look to stay here when working in the area.

Super choice of hotel as it is near the station, so it easy to get to & from. It is also located a bit away from the main shopping area, so quieter than if nearer the town. The staff too were very friendly & helpful.
