Tucked within the grounds behind Embleton House, The Stables is a cosy one-bedroom retreat perfect for couples seeking a peaceful base on the Northumberland coast. Ideal for short breaks or longer stays, this charming property offers comfortable, simple accommodation for two guests – and can also be booked alongside Embleton House to accommodate up to eight in total, making it perfect for extended family gatherings.

    Inside, the layout is compact yet welcoming. The lounge provides a relaxing space to unwind, complete with a TV for cosy evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for self-catering, whether you’re preparing a leisurely breakfast before heading out or a quiet dinner after a day of exploring. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and its own TV, along with a modern en-suite bathroom with a spacious double shower. Please note, this property does not have WiFi – offering the perfect excuse to switch off and truly relax.

    Guests can enjoy access to the large shared grounds, ideal for soaking up the fresh coastal air or enjoying a morning coffee outdoors.
