This pleasant 4-bedroom holiday home in Untervalme (Bestwig) is ideal for a family or group of 8 persons. You can enjoy barbecue evenings on the furnished private terrace with a glass of wine. In the middle of the wonderful and typical Sauerland Valmetal lies the hamlet Untervalme. In the region, the endless hiking possibilities and skiing trails are remarkable. Restaurants serving local cuisine rest at 1 km. The lively town center and the grocery stores are at 3 km. You can visit the lake at 15 km for a pleasant day out. Trips to cities such as Schmallenberg and Winterberg are easily made from here. The holiday home has central heating. You will find a cozy eating bar in the living room for a great time. To enjoy the German sun, you can linger on the balcony. there are a cot and a high chair for the youngest guests on holiday. A sandpit is present on the playground with other play equipment. Schade nur, dass wir nicht verstanden hatten, wie die Heizung funktioniert. So mussten wir für die Nutzung der Heizung mehr als 100 Euro extra bezahlen, während es viel zu heiß war. Die Erklärung zu den Specksteinen und der Belüftung haben wir verstanden, dass wenn die Belüftung nicht verwendet wird, die Kosten nicht allzu schlimm sind. Das war jedoch nicht der ganze Sinn der Geschichte. Hinterlassen Sie also den Tipp für eine vollständigere Erklärung und richten Sie eine Bitte an den Eigentümer, die Temperatur des Hauses nicht zu hoch einzustellen.

Wir waren im Juni dort , hatten super schönes Wetter und einen tollen Aufenthalt Das Haus war schön , groß und hat alles was man benötigt Sehr ruhig perfekt zum entspannen und unsere kleinen konnten den tollen Spielplatz nutzen die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend , sogar Verlängerung war problemlos zu einem super Preis möglich , alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder 👍👍👍

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Eine kleine Erklärung im Haus. Genug Haushaltswaren vorhanden. Wir waren etwas vorsichtig, den Strom danach zu bezahlen, aber das war nicht so schlimm. Für 1 Woche haben wir 19 Euro verloren (im Sommer). Es gibt einen schönen Spielplatz für die kleineren Kinder. Auch Rasenflächen für Fußball. Was eine Verbesserung ist, sind die Vorhänge, die nicht gut zu den Wänden passen, so dass immer noch viel Licht eintritt.
