very clean and bright room with clean on suite, there is also a cafe in front that is a focal points for locals. the staff were very polite, room was clean, only problem is the heating via aircon as i visited in january, nice balcony. ample breakfast and drinks. very good wifi and lots of parking onsite.

Hotel is very nice, good pool. Breakfast was okay, we stayed 7 days and they served the same thing everyday. Staff was very nice and helpful, specially Mattia and the lady at the reception desk. Room was a good size for two people. Location is far from the center of Napoli, Uber and taxis are expensive, but around the hotel there were a couple of restaurants and coffee/bar shops. We got a rental car for our rest of the stay after paying $90 usd for a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Hotel is near kami beach.

Het is een hotel, waarbij je echt een auto nodig hebt. In de buurt heb je weinig tot niets te doen. Alleen kleine winkeltjes, maar het oogt er onveilig. Het zwembad was vies, waardoor we maar een paar minuten erin zijn gebleven. Daarnaast moesten we badmutsjes op doen.

La habitación un poco descuidada y el desayuno normal pero poca variedad para ser un cuatro estrellas esperaba un poco más un sillón cama viejo en la habitación que sobraba por la noche hubo gente en el pasillo intentando abrir una puerta de una habitación más de cuarenta minutos haciendo muchísimo ruido, se escucha absolutamente todo El colchón no es demasiado cómodo un hotel de los que te dejan indiferente Fácil aparcamiento

Hotel fantastico, personal adorabile e disponibile sempre. La stanza ampia e comoda come il bagno, lo stesso. La piscina un sogno. Giardino curatissimo e bello. Posti comodissimi per parcheggiare. A fianco all'hotel ( appartenente sempre all'hotel) un bar pasticceria aperto sempre con cose magnifiche. Ogni negozio a due passi e poi il mare splendido a 700 mt. Bellissima esperienza

The most important thing to me is cleanliness, and i could not fault the hotel on this. The room was clean, and cleaned daily with the towels replaced. The fridge in the room a very welcome addition considering the temperatures, and the safe well used. The hotel provides a shuttle transport to Licola Railway Station. Do not rely on the times stated, we did, and very nearly missed our tour meet leading to a frantic attempt to get across Naples and get to the meeting Point with seconds to spare. The staff very friendly, the pool area great.

Un hotel 4 stelle,con i servizi di un 4 stelle e personale altamente qualificato tranne piccole eccezioni. Camera con climatizzatore che lavora molto poani. Nessun messaggio riguardo il risparmio di acqua nel lavaggio della biancheria da evitare, tutti i sanitari sprovvisti di tappo che se ti cade qualcosa sei perso e polvere in molti posti anche su cuscini tavoli sedie

The hotel was nice except my rooms air conditioning did not work all 9 days I was there and when I complained to the front desk they were no help. They said I could talk to management in the morning. The shuttle that was suppose to take guests places didn’t work. The cafe next door was nice and had friendly service. Would have expected way more for the amount I spent on this hotel room. When I paid out I was charged for the mini bar and a few drinks. Thought maybe the hotel would comp it since we didn’t have air conditioning all week but nope. So wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Magnífica experiencia

Hemos pasado el fin de semana un grupo de amigos y nos ha resultado una experiencia muy buena nuestra estancia en el hotel. El personal lo mejor. Tanto en Recepción como en el comedor. Amables, educados y muy profesionales. Ayudándote en todo lo que necesitábamos. Se lo agradecemos enormemente. Muchas gracias. El único pero, el mantenimiento de las instalaciones del cuarto de baño, deben de mejorar un poco. Así evitarían situaciones incómodas para el cliente. Por lo demás muy cómodo.
