"Nina was a responsive host. However, the home did not meet expectations. It is in a bad neighborhood- i.e., there are bars on the windows and the house next door was abandoned (broken windows, yard full of trash and junk). This was the general feel of this neighborhood.The bathroom was really dirty. There was a layer of grime/hair on the floorboards. There was also a strange smell in the kitchen."

"This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty. Never provided additional requested towels and washcloths. Two people didn't stay. They slept on the floor of a hotel room with a friend, rather than sleeping on the disgusting pull out sofa bed. It was filthy! Onlne pictures do not represent what this unit actually looks like, other than it is correct placement of the furniture. After waiting 11 hours for towels and washcloths, we left. So far they have only refunded us one night. This was a nightmare. Don't believe the pictures advertised."

"Tiffany is awesome at communicating and the house was so clean! I would definitely stay again. It worked great for our group of 13 — no one was crowded and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend. "

"When I arrived, the code to the door would not open the door. I called and they told me to try many different codes and we got inside, but then when I went to get more of my stuff from the car, the code was changed AGAIN. The photos are deceiving, and you can only access 1/2 of the apartments from the parking lot, for this one you would have to walk around to the stairs. This is in an area where I would not recommend staying alone. Overall there was poor communication with the host. I did not stay at all for my 2 week planned stay and no amount of refund was given. Very difficult to work with. "

"En-suite bathroom sink stopped up. Linen, pliiow cases and pillows s dirty. Had to was before we used bedrooms.Hair and lint ball also on linen. Had to buy linen for one bedroom. Eyelashes found in one bedroom. Bugs throughout the house infested with lady infested. It was cold outside and inside. The windows were not sealed to keep the cold.Refrigerator not working. Oven was dirty."

" 8/10 StayThe location was great — even though I wasn’t familiar with the area, I never felt uncomfortable. Parking is limited to a few parallel spots in the lot, and any guests have to park on the street (we were informed of this on day two by one of the property managers). There are train tracks nearby, so you’ll hear trains pass by occasionally.The apartment itself had just enough space to comfortably sleep four people. I do wish there had been soap at the restroom and kitchen sinks, and the microwave wasn’t working during our stay, but the host apologized and mentioned it would be fixed soon. There were also a couple of towels that didn’t look as white as they should, so I’d recommend bringing your own just in case.Overall, it was a nice, comfortable stay — clean, convenient, and a solid 8/10 experience!"

"I didn’t like that water was coming from under the sink and i also didn’t like that one of the chairs we’re broken in the living room but most of all i loved the house i will definitely be booking again "
