"Very clean and nice hotel but the night check-in guy, Tom, did not say hello, did not ask how we were, did not tell us when breakfast was, did not direct us to the elevators, and did not wish us a good stay. He basically took my credit card and that was it. So unfriendly and unprofessional. The morning staff, Danny, was much more helpful and polite."
