"The room had hair all over the bathroom, clearly not cleaned. Bed and sheets were uncomfortable. Was only given a top sheet which was stiff as paper, along with very thin blanket. WiFi is basically non existent, speeds only 5mbps in room and hallway. Breakfast was poor, only microwaved eggs, mystery meat breakfast patty, potatoes, and white bread or poor quality frozen bagel"

"If I had known earlier, I would never have stayed here. My room was filthy, and I could smell smoke coming from the room next door. The bedsheets and pillows were old, and the floor hadn’t been cleaned in days. I paid $80 for that experience! It was the worst I’ve ever had. "

"We were a little disappointed when we arrived. Based on pictures and reviews we were expecting the facility to be in better shape. The pool was not open, the rooms seem outdated and run down. I have to say the cleaning staff does their best though and were very kind to us. The continental breakfast was disappointing and coffee is horrible. I’m bummed we picked this place. Would not return."
