"The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. Bogmallo Beach Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Couldn't fault anything about hotel, staff, amenities, service was amazing, second time we stayed here, requested the room we had before, they happily gave us that room, on arrival we got fruit, biscuits and cake in our room, signed welcome back on the cake, these gestures put a huge smile on our faces, much appreciated, will surely will be back, thank you for making it a great hoilday. All the staff was amazing 👏"

Heritage Village Resort & Spa Goa

"Helpful and courteous staff. Clean rooms and excellent pool and beach facilities."

Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Staff were highly responsive to our needs and very helpful. Not everyone’s names are known but the accommodation manager Sylvester was exceptionally helpful as was Lita at Check out and hotel management. Pool is very nice as is the beach. WiFi can be difficult to connect to but once connected is very good. There are two restaurants, one North Indian and a larger restaurant where breakfasts and dinner are served. Food is good in both though waiting times in the Seagull restaurant can be long. If going for breakfast I would recommend going in the earlier hours to get a table quickly. Spa is good and the people are friendly. It is a very good location for families with small children and it is very clean. Good value for money and highly recommended."

10/10 Excellent

"The Alila Diwa was a wonderful hotel to stay at. Staff were very helpful, the room was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel restaurants, bars and pool were excellent. We also used the Spa which was exceptional and very good value. The beach shuttle was also a great way of getting to and from the local beach. I wish we had stayed longer at the Alila Diwa and will definitely be returning in the future!"

"We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well"
