We had a wonderful stay! Easy self-service check in and clean, cosy and comfortable bedroom and ensuite. In a perfect location just a short walk from the local pubs, restaurants and shops in Betws-y-Coed. Dave was a great host and breakfast was lovely! Hope to return again :)

Host really welcoming....breakfast was excellent...room was very clean and furnishings lovely ...bed was so comfortable.. Don't normally sleep well in a strange bed ..but had a fab nights sleep. Great for walks close by ..restaurants 5 minute walk x All in all 10 out of 10

Good value for money

Ample parking at rear and walkable distance to town. Good internet speeds and the breakfast was generous in portions and excellent quality. The owner is always up for a chat in the morning at breakfast with friendly advice on the days plans or just to talk weather. The rooms are on the small side and there are stairs to contend with so just take up an overnight bag from the car and you will be fine and avoid swinging cats in the bathroom

Very impressed with Summer Hill, location was excellent right on the main walking routes and still close to town. Dave was welcoming, breakfast was lovely, room was clean and had everything we could have needed. Free parking was also a bonus - our room was spacious with a huge bathroom, really nicely decorated and the shower was amazing.

Amazing stay

Beautiful decorated room ,perfect temperature and plenty of room ,lovely hot shower with all the toiletries .The house was in a lovely quiet spot away from the busy part of Betswy-coed but only a few minutes walk away Breakfast was perfect and had a fantastic help yourself set up,loved the fridge idea for customers and fresh milk ready in the fridge. Highly recommend for the perfect tranquil stay

Great place

Second time staying here and will return. So calming and peaceful just tucked away from the hustle and bustle but just a short walk to the main part. Rooms are lovely, clean and beds are so comfy. Host is welcoming and informative and the breakfast provided is spot on.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dave's place in Betws-y-Coed. Dave was a lovely host with wonderful recommendations for food spots and hikes nearby. Such a perfect location. The room was immaculately clean with such a cozy vibe, and the breakfast options each morning were delightful. Recommend highly and would absolutely return!

Beautiful location with easy walking access to the village. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the dining area is lovely. We were warmly received and enjoyed conversation with our host. The room was comfortable and clean but could use a second chair.

Fantastic bb in a quiet part just off main street. A great base for exploring all that the area has to offer. We did Zip wire and Snowdon in the time we had. Rooms spotless and very comfortable with a great shower. Lovely guess lounge and really nice breakfast room with and excellent breakfast. Loved the homemade baked beans. Dave is a fantastic house, very welcoming, friendly. We wouldn't look anywhere else when staying in Betwys Y Coed now we found Summer Hill. Thanks Jo and Roy.

A lot of cobwebs in the room. No welcome pack, instructions, information in the room when we arrived which would have been useful when no staff around when we arrived. Breakfast choice was good, and despite the cobwebs, the room was clean and well appointed and we felt safe.
