Très bon séjour, l’accueil et le personnel au top, très serviable et à l’écoute. Seule bémol est la propreté du logement et que j’ai signalé, et son venus faire le constat et en été désolé. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine car la tranquillité est au rendez-vous. Merci infiniment je le recommande vivement

Bon sejour, bel region

Bon séjour, personnel agréable. Résidence calme, village très sympathique à deux pas. Dommage logement le long de la petite route très passante le matin à 8h par des camions. Animation moyen, si vous venez pour cela je ne recommande pas. Par contre la visite autour de la region je recommande +++ Possibilité de réserver vos vienoiseries pour 9h.

Very unhappy and unfriendly staff. Beds are in bad shape with stains and uncomfortable. Pool is very cold and unclean. Musky smell in the units and poor airflow so they get very hot during the day. Mosquitos at night are severe. Avoid staying here at all costs.

Prévu Nous étions 3 et nous avons réservé un duplex pour 4. Celui-ci n'avait que la porte d’entrée comme ouverture . On devait se partage un seul ventilateur qui brassait à peine l’air. Sûrement très pratique en hiver mais étant au mois d’août c’était juste compliqué la nuit avec la chaleur étouffante. On a eu la surprise aussi d’être privé de la piscine car nous n’avions pas de slip de bain comme prévu au règlement. Bref on était heureux de rester qu’une nuit. Heureusement aussi qu’on avait notre gel douche car il n’y en avait plus.

En arrivant sur place avec ma petite famille, on apprend que notre réservation a été annulée pour cause de sur-booking depuis 2 jours, sans nous avoir prévenus... La centrale d'achat Expédia remet la faute sur Vacancéole, et inversement! Beau partenariat entre ces deux-là au détriment du client. Avec aucune proposition de solution, si ce n'est un remboursement : scandaleux!

allez y si vous voulez moi j'en viens!!!

A notre arrivée les clefs qui devaient se trouver dans le coffre à l'accueil n'y étaient pas, j'appelle donc le gardien pour qu'il me donne l'enveloppe avec le la carte et les clefs(qu'il ne trouve évidemment pas!) et lorsque enfin je me présente au bungalow N°30 qui m'a été attribué une famille de de sud- américain a déjà élu domicile avec les clefs qui m'étaient destinée! Je fais intervenir de nouveau le gardien le temps de régler le problème ma compagne et moi même attendons encore une fois dans le froid ce qui me vaudra par la suite une pneumopathie... Finalement je me vois attribuer un nouvel hébergement qui n'a évidemment pas été chauffé au préalable donc aussi glacial que le regard lancé par les clandestins qui ce sont vu expulser du précédant bungalow puisque la réservation était à mon nom! La nuit se passe tant bien que mal et une dernière surprise nous attend sur le parking au petit matin : une profonde rayure sur la porte avant de la voiture d'environ 40cm réalisée non accidentellement avec un objet contendant. je signale l'incident toujours au gardien qui me répond en me brandissant le règlement stipulant que tout dommage causé sur le parking de la résidence n'engage pas sa responsabilité! Des poursuites sont en cours et je laisse le libre arbitre aux personnes qui souhaiteraient passer un séjour chez Vacancéole au domaine d'Ensérune 34440 Colombiers!!

Honteux!

Un logement presque insalubre, de la moisissure, de très nombreuses traces noires sur les murs, de la poussière partout et les poignées et rampes collantes c’est répugnant! À ce prix c’est une honte! C’est très dommage car l’accueil est génial. Annie qui se trouve à l’accueil est au top, super gentille, compréhensive mais clairement démunie face à nos demandes. Le pire dans tout cela est le fait qu’hôtels.com n’a rien fait face à mon signalement à mon arrivée en me signalant que ce n’est pas une raison pour être reloger ou même annuler. Fidele client jusque là, les réservation via hôtels.com s’arrêtent ici.

Séjour convenable, mais pas assez de couvertures, et le couchage canapé très moyen ( par contre couchage lit excellent). Propreté salle de bain excellent. Serviettes et produits douche excellents Merci pour le petit déjeuner ( copieux et excellent) servi plus tôt à notre demande.

Bel endroit sans âme

Un bel endroit agréable près du canal du midi accessible à pied. Les logements sont spacieuses, confortables et bien organisés. La piscine est un peu juste pour l’ensemble de la résidence et devient bruyante et il semble manquer une autre petite piscine pourtant visible sur le site.. malheureusement pendant notre séjour nous avons constaté un manque de propreté que ce soit à la piscine avec des transats sales et des personnes habillées complètement dans l’eau… et aussi dans le logement qui a était mal nettoyé et nous avons retrouvé des vieux tapis abandonnés au bout du jardin. Les équipements sont parfois usagés… Dommage un bel endroit mal entretenu et qui manque un peu d’animation et d’âme…

Domaine agréable avec piscine. Personnel accueillant et disponible. En revanche l’hébergement n’est pas au niveau. Il fait extrêmement chaud sans aucune aération dans les chambres, odeur de tabac froid très désagréable, mobilier abimé… C’est dommage car avec une bonne remise en état ce serait super…

le logement est propre et il y a une piscine mais on a passé des moment terribles car il faisait très chaud et l'appart était comme un four (il n'y a pas de fenêtres il n'y a qu'une seul porte dans l'appart. dans l'appart il y un mini ventilateur qui faisait presque rien pour 4 personnes. de plus, il y a pas de vie privé dans l'apprt car la seul porte doit être ouverte tout le temps à cause de la chaleur
