Dune View is lovely holiday home just two minutes walk from the sandy beach at Instow and a short stroll from the dog friendly village pubs, cafes and restaurants spreading out along the estuary. The property is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, and benefits from lovely sea views from some rooms. Instow has a local Yacht Club, also the North Devon Cricket ground perfect for an evening drink spectating this traditional sport. Locally you are not far from Westward Ho! famous for its sandy surfing beach and championship golf course. Appledore and other quaint villages such as historic Clovelly are all close by. The Tarka cycle trail/SW coastal path is accessed within 100m of the property.
Dune View is a great two bedroomed holiday home. The main lounge opens into a good-sized kitchen/diner and doors lead to the enclosed back garden. There are two attractive bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside there is a fully enclosed rear garden with garden furniture, which is ideal for children and pets.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Living room with electric fire, Smart TV. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, air fryer, fridge and small separate freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, also a manual espresso machine for ground coffee. The second sitting room has a sofa bed and Smart TV, patio doors to garden. First floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with two singles which can be made into a 5” double by request. Bathroom with bath and shower over bath, wc and basin. Stairgates at top and bottom of the wood and wrought iron staircase.
Facilities and services: Bed linen & Towels provided. Gas CH and hot water. Wi-Fi broadband. 2 pet’s welcome. Highchair, travel cot and bed rail on request.
Enclosed back garden. Garden furniture. 2 stair gates. Hairdryer. No smoking. Not suitable for more than 4 adults. NO Short breaks at any time of year. Private off-road parking.

The property was clean and tidy, plenty of space for a small family, great for the dog, really appreciated the stair gates at top and bottom of stairs, perfect for the beach and eating houses just round the corner - I can't praise it enough. Thank you so much.
