For golfing enthusiasts, the property directly overlooks the par 3 short course. Nearby beaches with good surf breaks include Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton Sands, with the fishing village of Appledore, which annually hosts its famous book festival, also nearby.


The accommodation is set over three floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor, from here you access the entrance hall with doors to a separate WC and a large coat cupboard/boot room. Go up to the first floor which benefits from an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner allowing you to create unforgettable holiday memories. The kitchen includes an electric oven and induction hob, combi microwave oven and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. The comfortable dining area seats eight and the lounge area is stylishly appointed with a Smart TV, Sky and PlayStation 4. Sliding balcony doors brings the balcony and outside in and fills the aspect wall with the enviable views of the sea and North Devon coastline. On the lower ground floor, you will find a further three bedrooms. A double bedroom with Smart TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. This room has French doors to the enclosed patio. There is a further double bedroom with a Smart TV and external access to a small courtyard. The final bedroom on this floor is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request at the point of booking) with Smart TV and is also connected to an Xbox. Completing this floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.


The small enclosed courtyard garden with seating is located at the front of the property accessed down steps with a gate. Enjoy unwinding on the furnished balcony accessed from the lounge and enjoy the stunning sea views.
