AS SEEN ON TV! Headlands Luxury Beachside Apartment

Featured on TV's Fantasy Homes By The Sea! Headlands is a spacious, modern 4th floor apartment right next to the sea and blue flag beach in Westward Ho! North Devon, in the landmark Horizon View building.

The open plan living space has full width patio doors opening onto the large balcony with fantastic uninterrupted views across Bideford Bay and the estuary.

The master bedroom with it's four poster bed and en suite bathroom also opens onto the balcony and spectacular view. The twin bedroom has a large shower room right outside and can be made a super kingsize for a fee.

The apartment is equipped to a high standard and comes with allocated secure parking space, lift access, Fast Fibre WiFi, and B&O bluetooth speaker. All linens are provided, including super soft 100% pure linen bedding, luxury 800 gsm fluffy white towels, tea towels, cloths, and beach towels.

Westward Ho! has everything you need for a great seaside holiday or a quiet weekend break with excellent shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk across the village green. You will be in a great place to explore wonderful places in North Devon like Clovelly, Hartland Quay, Appledore and Lynton & Lynmouth, and there is lots of opportunity to get active and have fun.

Electric car charging is available on site - credit card required.

N.B. There is potential repair work to the outside of the building starting some time after June 2026. If this affects your stay you will be offered the options of a significant discount or cancellation with a full refund.

Superb Apartment

Exactly as promised from the listing, this is an excellent property with superb sea views. Well equipped apartment for a trouble free stay. Beach, bars, shops and restaurants literally within a stones throw.

We had a great stay at the apartment, it's modern and well presented throughout, but the star of the show is it's location -the view is fantastic! Lauren was also a great host and we'd have no hesitation staying here again.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful location

We have stayed in this apartment block on many occasions over the last 12 years and this apartment is one of the best we have been to. It was very well furnished, was spotless clean and had supplies of all necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. We will be back and would have no hesitation in recommending as a great holiday base.

Sensational !

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Overlooking the sea with full length windows from both the lounge and master bedroom was amazing and highly addictive! Our host Lauren was super efficient and very friendly, offering help at any time if needed. A wonderful week , terrific weather in the best apartment we have stayed in, at Westward Ho! Can’t wait to return. !

Fantastic time

We have stopped in the horizon view complex 6 times and i have to say this apartment exceeds them all we were greeted with fresh flowers and a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates . On arrival the place was spotless me and my husband took our elderly mothers. I think they was expecting the 1980s pontins style as that was possibly the last time they have been to the seaside and like us they were flabbergasted with a view that rivals anywhere in the world we will 100% be returning as we now know which room to book thanks again for a lovely holiday

Fabulous apartment! Photos don’t do it justice. Views from bedroom and lounge are spectacular and change almost hourly with the weather and the tides. Warm welcome from Lauren thank you. Apartment is well equipped, warm and cosy and lacks nothing. Plenty of local information provided which is both interesting and useful.

Absolutely stunning stay at The Headlands in Westward Ho! The apartment lives up to its “luxury” label, modern, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean with every comfort thought of. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline, and the balcony is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine.The location is excellent, peaceful yet just a short stroll from the doorsteps to the beach, shops, and local restaurants. Everything was just perfect!

Love love loved staying at this lovely apartment! everything was perfect, had everything we could possibly need, comfy beds with beautiful cool linen bedding. We could see nothing but the sea from our bedroom whilst having our morning coffee, pure bliss. Spacious balcony with spectacular views, I spent ages out there just looking at the sea and the gorgeous sunsets. We were so lucky too and had beautiful warm sunny weather. I did not want to go home. Lovely helpful thoughtful Lauren kindly left us milk, chocolates and a bottle of bubbly! Stay here, you will never want to leave!!

We were Three adults in March . all very impressed with the quality - linen sheets a lovely surprise, as were comfortable beds. thoughtful provision of wifi speaker, binoculars, sky tv, Prosecco, chocolates, tea, coffee milk. Property was spotless , situation perfect and views stunning. Big terrace with seating, cushions and rugs. Waves crashing on stormy days and always something to see on the beaches and headland. First class.

Lauren, the host was very wrlcpming and very helpful .she met us at thebpropety .showed us around .and left us a lovely wrlcome pack presecco,chocolates even milk in fridge .the apartment was amazing .lauren thought of everything ,blankets for sitting outside on balcony dvds games for children .the vies from the living room and bedroom was stunning would defo recommend .the appartment to anyone the area is smazing .defo come back there again ..

The apartment was excellent too - clean and comfortable and had everything you need for home from home living. Westward Ho! is a charming destination with good restaurants and a lovely beach.
