Moulton-Barrett Barn at High Park, Indoor Pool

This spacious 3 bedroom 1 story Barn with 3 en-suite bathrooms & air-conditioning is an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway. The Barns at High Park are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

High Park Barns has a secure, purpose-built 1 acre dog exercise field located on site. Designed with safety, freedom, and fun in mind, our fully enclosed field, with 1.8m high fencing, offers dogs the perfect space to run, play, and train off-lead in a safe and private environment. The dog field is open daily in the morning and evening for staying guests at no cost. Additional time can be booked during the day.

The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.

Converted in 2018, this barn features super king beds in the master bedroom & second bedroom, two single beds in the third bedroom, all with en-suites, solid oak furniture, underfloor heating & air-conditioning.

The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.

The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at £25 per dog per week or part thereof.
